This Easter, as part of the Ealing HAF Programme  #HAF2023, we shall be hosting two events on Tues 11th April at Northolt Leisure Centre Soft Play Gym for families of children with a disability, additional need or complex medical need.

Bookings will be open on this page from Weds 15th March, 9am

and you will need to be registered to access any of our events

Places are limited, so please book as soon as possible once the bookings (form below) are open on our website

 COST
This trip is part of the HAF Programme  #HAF2023. 

If any of your children qualify for benefits related free school meals, this trip will be free for all your children. Otherwise the cost will be £3 per child.  Children under 1 year are free

TRANSPORT
Transport will be available for those who need it (an assessment will be made).  There is a charge of £5* per family. Booster seats but not baby seats will be available with the minibus.
*(If any of your children qualify for benefits related free school meals, transport will be free for the whole family)

PAYMENT
Once your booking is received, we will send you a PayPal invoice to make payment.  Please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive payment.

Parents and carers must accompany their children and are responsible for them at all times. There will, however, be staff and volunteers from Ealing Anchor Foundation to support your children and you to make sure everyone has a great time.

Lunch will be served at 12:45pm.
