Parent Support Group

As a parent carer, you are much more likely to be under stress and it’s so easy to lose sense of the person you are. So, it’s comforting, being able to talk through your worries and feelings with someone else confidentially.

Our group sessions offer a way for parent carers sharing a common experience to help and learn from each other.

Through sharing your own experiences, you can make connections by offering each other emotional comfort and moral support whilst sharing practical advice and tips.

Our ‘What’s On Your Mind 1:1 Sessions’ provide a friendly, confidential space for parent carers to discuss issues or challenges that are impacting negatively their physical and emotional health.

Sessions are for Parents & Carers of children who are differently abled To book your place, please register to an upcoming event on the right or contact us.
