If we see a person in the street drop their shopping bag and the contents spill out, would you help pick the items up?
If an elderly person in the queue in front of us was a little short on change, we would maybe offer to pay?
If a friend needed a listening ear, we would be there with a cuppa?
However, are you kind to yourself??
When was the last time you did something for yourself?
I know we don’t have much time but maybe 5 minutes, a cup of coffee, a chat with a friend, a chocolate bar you don’t have to share.
With everything so much more difficult please remember BE KIND TO YOURSELF!!!!
