DESCRIPTION: \;\nTHIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED!!!\n\n\nThis Easter\, a s part of the Ealing HAF Programme  #HAF2023\, we shall be hosting two ev ents on Tues 11th April at Northolt Leisure Centre Soft Play Gym for famil ies of children with a disability\, additional need or complex medical nee d.\n\nBookings will be open on this page from Weds 15th March\, 9am \nand you will need to be registered to access any of our events\nPlaces are lim ited\, so please book as soon as possible once the bookings (form below) a re open on our website\n\n COST\nThis trip is part of the HAF Programme  #HAF2023.  \nIf any of your children qualify for benefits related free school meals\, this trip will be free for all your children. Otherwise the cost will be £3 per child.  Children under 1 year are free\nTRANSPORT\n Transport will be available for those who need it (an assessment will be m ade).  There is a charge of £5* per family. Booster seats but not baby s eats will be available with the minibus.\n*(If any of your children qualif y for benefits related free school meals\, transport will be free for the whole family)\n\nPAYMENT\nOnce your booking is received\, we will send you a PayPal invoice to make payment.  Please note your booking is not confi rmed until we receive payment.\n\nParents and carers must accompany their children and are responsible for them at all times. There will\, however\, be staff and volunteers from Ealing Anchor Foundation to support your chi ldren and you to make sure everyone has a great time.\n\nLunch will be ser ved at 12:45pm.
