Come and join us for some soft play fun at Northolt Leisure Centre
There will be 2 hours of soft play, then lunch in the dance studio upstairs afterwards, whilst being entertained by our children’s entertainer.
Children will be provided with water during the activities and parents and carers can sit and watch their children play whilst talking with other parents, or go and join in the fun with your children.

Transport is available for those who need it and a short form will need to be completed.
Places are limited, so please book as soon as possible.
COST
The cost will be £4* per child. Children under 1 year are free
*(This trip is part of the Ealing HAF Programme #HAF2024. If any of your children qualify for benefits related free school meals, this trip will be free for all your children)
HAF CODE
If you have been allocated a HAF Code, please enter the number in the space provided below, so you will not be charged for this event. We only require ONE HAF Code per family.
TRANSPORT
Transport will be available for those who need it (an assessment will be made). There is a charge of £6* per family. Booster seats but not baby seats will be available with the minibus.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Select which date you would like on the booking form. One date is available per family.
Once your completed booking form is received, we will send you a PayPal invoice to make payment by 20th March, 2024.
Spaces are very limited. Please note that once the due date for payment has passed and no payment has been received, spaces will automatically be offered to another family on our waiting list.
Parents and carers must accompany their children and are responsible for them at all times. There will, however, be staff and volunteers from Ealing Anchor Foundation to support your children and you to make sure everyone has a great time!
