SUMMARY:NORTHOLT SOFT PLAY FUN DAY Wednesday 3rd April   10am - 1pm
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for some soft play fun at Northolt Leisure Cen
 tre\n\n\nThere will be 2 hours of soft play\, then lunch in the dance stud
 io upstairs afterwards\, whilst being entertained by our children’s ente
 rtainer.\n\nChildren will be provided with water during the activities and
  parents and carers can sit and watch their children play whilst talking w
 ith other parents\, or go and join in the fun with your children.\nWeds 3r
 d April\nHours: 10:00am-1:00pm\n*Please note that this event is for famili
 es of children with a disability and their siblings\n\nTransport is availa
 ble for those who need it and a short form will need to be completed.\n\n
  Places are limited\, so please book as soon as possible.\n\n COST\nThe 
 cost will be £4* per child.  Children under 1 year are free\n*(This trip
  is part of the Ealing HAF Programme  #HAF2024. If any of your children 
 qualify for benefits related free school meals\, this trip will be free fo
 r all your children)\n\nHAF CODE\nIf you have been allocated a HAF Code\,
  please enter the number in the space provided below\, so you will not be 
 charged for this event.  We only require ONE HAF Code per family.\n\nTR
 ANSPORT\nTransport will be available for those who need it (an assessment 
 will be made).  There is a charge of £6* per family. Booster seats but n
 ot baby seats will be available with the minibus.\n*(If any of your childr
 en qualify for free school meals\, transport will be free for the whole fa
 mily)\n\nTERMS &amp\; CONDITIONS\n\nSelect which date you would like on th
 e booking form.  One date is available per family.\nOnce your completed b
 ooking form is received\, we will send you a PayPal invoice to make paymen
 t by 20th March\, 2024.\nSpaces are very limited.  Please note that once 
 the due date for payment has passed and no payment has been received\, spa
 ces will automatically be offered to another family on our waiting list.\n
 \nParents and carers must accompany their children and are responsible for
  them at all times. There will\, however\, be staff and volunteers from E
 aling Anchor Foundation to support your children and you to make sure ever
