If you join or rejoin by 16th March, you can borrow toys FREE for the whole year!
(After the 16th, standard membership applies at £10 per year.)

For just £10 a year, your family can borrow toys all year round — bringing hours of fun, learning, imagination, and play into your home!

Your membership includes: ✨ Your own online login
✨ Access to our full toy catalogue
✨ The ability to browse, reserve toys, and arrange your collection and drop‑off at Windmill Children’s Centre

Joining is super simple! Forms are available:

• Online
• In your parent packs
• At any Toy Library session

Payments can be made by card via SumUp or PayPal.

We can’t wait to help your little ones explore, discover, and learn through play! 🌈

🧸 How Borrowing Works

Borrowing toys is easy-peasy:

• Borrow up to 2 toys at a time
• Enjoy them for 14 days
• Extend your loan at no cost (as long as no one else is waiting)
• Maximum of 3 consecutive loan periods (6 weeks) to keep things fair
• Some high‑value toys may require a small refundable deposit
• Need help with a large toy? We can arrange home delivery on request!

Toy pickups and returns take place during our morning and afternoon play sessions.

Carrie’s Toy Library is named in memory of our much‑loved Trustee and Treasurer Carrie O’Donnell, who dedicated nearly 40 years to the charity. We honour her kindness and commitment by offering families a warm, supportive, and playful space every week.

Our magical collection includes:

• Specialist toys to support children’s developmental skills
• Toys that encourage social interaction
• Sensory favourites like bubble lamps and light projectors
• Puzzles, fidgets, and calming resources
• And so much more!

We’re adding new toys all the time as our service grows. ✨

✨ Cleaning & Safety

All toys are thoroughly cleaned following current hygiene guidelines.
Your child’s safety and wellbeing always come first.

🎉 Toy Library Play Sessions

Come along and play with us at Windmill Children’s Centre!

• Tuesdays & Fridays: 10:30am – 12:15pm
• Tuesdays: 1:00pm – 2:15pm

Play sessions can be booked online.
Toy collections and returns happen during these sessions too.
