As a parent carer, you are much more likely to be under stress and it’s so easy to lose sense of the person you are. So it’s comforting, being able to talk through your worries and feelings with someone else. Our ‘What’s on your mind’ sessions provide a welcome space to sit down over a cuppa whilst your child is at school or the play & support session. Sessions are completely confidential and are there to support you with whatever you need.
