The Ealing Commissioning Team who commission local children services for the 0-19
Health Child Programme (Health Visiting and School Nurse Service) as well as SEND Short Breaks
and the Ealing SENDIASS service will be visiting and are keen to hear feedback from parents
and carers of their experiences on how current services are working, if there are any gaps
and to talk about opportunities and planning for future provision.
