1:1 Counselling Sessions on Fridays during term-time at Windmill Children’s Centre from 10:30am-3:30pm.
Eligibility criteria for referring clients are as follows:
• Parent Carer of a child who is differently abled.
• Registered with Ealing Anchor Foundation (please complete our online Registration form beforehand if you are not currently registered)
• Living in London Borough of Ealing
All enquiries and information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Discussions during each counselling session is private and confidential and lasts for ONE hour. No information is passed on to anyone by the Counsellor outside of Ealing Anchor Foundation, unless this has been specifically requested beforehand in writing and is in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 & GDPR Guidelines. In rare instances, we reserve the right to disclose certain information if there appears to be a serious risk of harm.
The data collected on this form and any other subsequent data containing information is held in accordance with EAF’s Data Protection Policy which adheres strictly to the Data Protection Act 2018 & GDPR Guidelines.
