Our group sessions offer a way for parent carers sharing a common experience to help and learn from each other.
Through sharing your own experiences, you can make connections by offering each other emotional comfort and moral support whilst sharing practical advice and tips.
Our ‘What’s On Your Mind 1:1 Sessions’ provide a friendly, confidential space for parent carers to discuss issues or challenges that are impacting negatively their physical and emotional health.
