How to Refer

Below is an outline of the services available at Ealing Anchor Foundation and how you can make a referral.

Parent carers can be referred by downloading and emailing this form to info@ealinganchor.org.uk or parent carers can make a self referral. Alternatively, you can telephone the Outreach Support & Information line on 07914 311298.

A handy list of services and activities are listed below:

Outreach Support and Information Line – You can telephone to discuss potential referrals

Parent Carer Support Group – Topic related to share experiences and learn from each other in a friendly setting.

‘What’s On Your Mind, 1:1 Sessions’ – offering first an introductory session followed by 6 weekly sessions with a counsellor online.

Information & Training Workshops – for parents carers to learn more about their differently abled child and where to find the support needed.  They will gain lots of useful techniques and guides and links to valuable resources, to help with issues such as feeding, behaviour that challenges, toileting, EHCP, communication & development and many more. 

Play & Support Sessions –  twice weekly sessions to connect with others sharing similar experiences and for children to develop their social skills

Portage Group Sessions – every Friday at the Play & Support Sessions

Music Therapy – every other Tuesday

Sing, Sign & Play – every other Tuesday(joint session with Speech & Language Therapist & Music Therapist)

Toy Library – every Friday morning

Door to Door Transport – available for families who do not have transport or would struggle to get to our sessions

Family Social Events – during the school holidays

Parent Evenings – twice per term

Learn more about us

Our staff and volunteers are from a variety of different backgrounds, offering up to 18 different languages to support families.  As the majority of the team are parents and carers of differently abled children, they are well placed to offer quality support and engage empathically and compassionately with parent carers to understand their experiences and meet their needs.
