For Parents

You are not alone, we are here to support you and your family.

We are here to offer information, advice and practical support to parents and carers of children aged 0–5 years who are differently abled. We understand that every family’s journey is unique, and we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Navigating the world of special educational needs and disability can feel overwhelming at times. Our service helps you make sense of systems, services and options, giving you clear, trusted information so you can make confident decisions for your child.

At our play sessions, our friendly play workers and volunteers are on hand to provide language support and gently guide you towards local services that may benefit your family.

We also run regular talks and information workshops, delivered by Ealing Early Start SEND Inclusion Team, Ealing Speech & Language Team, Ealing SENDIASS and professionals from partner organisations.  We also offer free legal advice for parent carers, delivered by our own resident solicitor.

To make attending sessions easier, we offer a Door‑to‑Door Transport Service where needed. Families can also access our Toy Library, available twice each week.

During school holidays, we organise inclusive activity sessions, family outings and celebrations, designed for the whole family to enjoy together. If you ever need someone to talk to, our Outreach Support Line is available every day from 8am to 8pm, whether you’re feeling worried, need advice, or just want a listening ear.

For more emotional support, we also offer a counselling service through our “What’s On Your Mind” programme, providing a safe and confidential space to talk.

If you need urgent support, please contact us on the outreach support line or 07483 167630.
We’re here for you, because no parent should feel they have to manage alone.
