🦁 What to expect on the day:
9.30am Meet the coach at Windmill Children’s Centre, 135 Windmill Lane, Greenford UB6 9DZ
10.10am Arrive London Zoo
2:00pm Leave London Zoo
3.00pm Arrive Windmill Children’s Centre
- A full day to explore London Zoo at your own pace
- Each child will receive an activity pack, including:
- A John Lyon’s Charity cap
- A zoo map
- A fun and educational “Spot John the Lyon” activity trail
- enjoy a special time slot for an invite only Party, featuring:
- A chance to meet John the Lyon
- Arts and crafts activities
- Face painting fun
- A packed lunch will also be provided

♿ Accessibility and Support
London Zoo is fully accessible. The party area includes a Changing Place and an accessible toilet. A quiet space will also be available for children and young people who may need a calm environment during the day.
📸 Capture the Memories
There will be professional photographers and a videographer on site to capture all the fun with plans for a large group photo with everyone attending – that is around 500 children and young people coming together to celebrate!. There will be a media consent form to complete. These forms must be returned before the event. Of course, you will have the opportunity to opt out of these photographs.
