Music Therapy

🎵 A joyful, sensory‑rich musical experience for children who are differently abled

Our Music Therapy sessions are designed to bring children alive with sound, rhythm, movement, and play.  Led by our qualified Music Therapist, Ella, these sessions offer a warm, creative space where children can explore music in their own unique way at their own pace, in their own style, and with full freedom of expression.

This is not “sit‑still” music time.
This is sound exploration, giggles, movement, sensory magic, bonding, and discovery.

🌈 A Sensory Experience Like No Other

Our Music Therapy sessions are built on the belief that every sound matters. Children are invited to explore:

Introduction to Music Therapy by Ella, Music Therapist

Drums, shakers, bells, tambourines, and chimes
Scarves, ribbons, bubbles, and colourful sensory props
Movement games that help little bodies connect with rhythm
Calming soundscapes to support emotional regulation
Interactive songs that encourage communication and confidence

Every session is playful, relaxed, and child-led, no pressure, no “right way.” Just space to explore and enjoy.

💛 Supported by a Skilled and Caring Team

Ella, our Music Therapist, guides each session with warmth and understanding. Her approach helps children:

  • Develop communication and language skills
  • Strengthen motor coordination and body awareness
  • Build social confidence through shared play
  • Improve focus, listening, and cognitive skills
  • Enjoy meaningful moments of connection with parents and carers

Sessions are supported by our friendly staff and volunteers who help children engage at their own pace and feel comfortable throughout.
