 wo events on Tues 4th &amp\; Tues 11th April at Northolt Leisure Centre So
 ft Play Gym for families of children with a disability\, additional need o
 r complex medical need.\n\nBookings will be open on this page from Weds 15
 th March\, 9am \nand you will need to be registered to access any of our e
 vents\nPlaces are limited\, so please book as soon as possible once the bo
 okings (form below) are open on our website\n\n COST\nThis trip is part o
 f the HAF Programme  #HAF2023.  \nIf any of your children qualify for be
 nefits related free school meals\, this trip will be free for all your chi
 ldren. Otherwise the cost will be £3 per child.  Children under 1 year a
 re free\nTRANSPORT\nTransport will be available for those who need it (an 
 assessment will be made).  There is a charge of £5* per family. Booster 
 seats but not baby seats will be available with the minibus.\n*(If any of 
 your children qualify for benefits related free school meals\, transport w
 ill be free for the whole family)\n\nPAYMENT\nOnce your booking is receive
 d\, we will send you a PayPal invoice to make payment.  Please note your 
 booking is not confirmed until we receive payment.\n\nParents and carers m
 ust accompany their children and are responsible for them at all times. Th
 ere will\, however\, be staff and volunteers from Ealing Anchor Foundation
  to support your children and you to make sure everyone has a great time.\
 n\nLunch will be served at 12:45pm.\n\nSo that as many children as possibl
 e can have access to these events\, we ask that you only book ONE soft pla
 y session on either Tues 4th or Tues 11th April.
