 oin us for our next Annual SEND Family Fun Day hosted jointly with by Eali
 ng Mencap\, Contact Ealing\, Ealing SENDIASS\, and Ealing Parent Carer For
 um!\n\nYou can choose one of the two sessions available from either 12-2pm
  or 2-4pm.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that all children must be accompani
 ed and supervised by a parent or carer at all times. Staff are not respons
 ible for your children on the day.\n\nImportant: This form is to registe
 r your interest only and does not guarantee a ticket.\n\nThere is a very
  high demand for this event and we may not be able to offer a space to eve
 ryone.\n\n\nIf you are allocated a space for you and your family\, we will
