 ation will be hosting a festive family party  for families of children w
 ith a disability\, additional need or complex medical need.\n\nLunch will 
 be served and children can visit Santa's grotto where they'll find a lovel
 y gift waiting for them.\n\nTo book\, please complete the short form HERE.
   Booking form opens on Weds 15th Nov at 9am\n\nThis event is funded by E
 aling's HAF Programme. Take a look at their new facebook page.\n\n If any 
 ONE of your children receive benefits related free school meals\, this 
 event will be free for you and your family.  You will only need ONE HAF C
 ode for your family.\n\nIf you do not receive benefits related free schoo
 l meals\, the cost will be £5 per child.  Transport by mini-bus or mini 
 cab (where applicable) will be available for those who need it and there w
 ill be a charge of £6 per family.  Booster seats but not baby seats will
  be available with the minibus.\n\nParents and carers must accompany their
  children and are responsible for them at all times.  There will\, howev
 er\, be staff and volunteers from Ealing Anchor Foundation to support your
  children and to ensure everyone has a great time.\n\nWe look forward to s
